1. Yongquan Point: This point is located at the bottom of the foot, at the indentation near the front part, between the second and third metatarsal bones, one-third the the distance from the webs of the toes to the heel. Moxa on Yongquan acupoint cures neurasthenia, insomnia, and multiple dreams.
2. Shenzhu Point: Shenzhu is an acupuncture point in the meridian named Governor Vessel. On the midline of the upper back, in the depression below the spinous process of the 3rd thoracic vertebra .
3. Anmian Point: Anmian (安眠）translates as “Peaceful Sleep”. Located right behind the ear. Immediately behind the ear near the earlobe, there is a small rounded bone which points downwards called the “mastoid process”. Place your finger on the protruding part of the bone, let it slip backwards and it will slip into a depression. From here, slide the finger diagonally up and back about 1 cm towards the base of your skull. This point promotes deep relaxation and can help to relieve insomnia.
