What causes Knee Pain？
The knee is your body’s biggest joint and one of its most injury-prone areas. It’s made up of bones that can fracture or move out of joint, as well as cartilage, ligaments, and tendons that can strain or tear.

Poor ankle flexibility increases the risk of knee pain. When you don't have enough ankle dorsiflexion, your knees can settle up and move inwards into a poor position when you sit. Activities that require the ankle to flex a lot often trigger knee pain when you have poor ankle mobility.
6. Stretching the ligament too far
The posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) is another band of tissue that connects your thighbone to your shinbone and supports your knee. Stretching the ligament too far causes a strain. With enough pressure, the ligament can tear into two parts.
Those extra pounds increase the stress on your knees, which can cause chronic pain and lead to other knee-related complications, such as arthritis or osteoarthritis.
8. Sedentary lifestyles
Unhealthy lifestyle such as overweight, smoking, sedentary lifestyles may lead also knee pain. Sedentary lifestyles causes a thrombosis or a blood clot, and a deep vein thrombosis (DVT) occurs when a clot happens in the veins deep within the leg.
